The AMTEL Guardhouse Visitor Screening system is designed to promote the security of a community. This system may be used for gated communities and communities who place restrictions on visitors, vehicles, or parking. Streamlines the flow of authorized visitors while keeping unauthorized intruders from gaining entry to a facility. The computerized visitor management system enables the guard to automatically verify the authorization of the visitor, print a gate pass (with directions) and record the photo of the visitor and his vehicle in the history file. Visitors can be pre-approved in the database or by direct entry by the guard or manager, by an automated e-mail update, by a real-time phone call initiated by the PC or by an Interactive Voice Response system that can take a message and present it to the guard at the right time. • Two part Gate Pass design: One for the dashboard of the car and the other to introduce a visitor to the guard in a lobby of the buildings on the facility.

• Multiple Guardhouses: Can network multiple sites with a common updated database.

• Operation in large Complexes: System is designed to work with multiple applications like Access Control, Lobby Visitor Screening, Elevator control etc. with all applications sharing a common database on the AMWATCH server.

• Four CCTV cameras: Up to 4 cameras can be attached to the system; 1 for Resident/Employee Lane; 2 for Visitor Lane; 1 for Exit Lane.

• Integration of Resident Lane Control: Monitoring of the Resident lane can also be done from the Guardhouse.
