AMTEL allows authorized personnel the ability to get access to selected parts of the database from any internet connected PC station. All you need is the Username and Password and the system will allow you access to ONLY the files that you are authorized to get. This is ideal for use by the manager as well as the residents of the community as described below.

The manager now has full access to all the key data from his office, home or even the hotel room while he is traveling He/she can add, delete, approve or monitor all activity and get the reports needed to make day to day decisions. Exact level of access is programmed in the system only with the "Master" password.

Residents can be issued a username and password and can be programmed to have access to their profile in the system. They can update the profile; add or delete any new family member or long term guest; update any item in the profile and send e-mail requests for expected guests or even a complete list of expected guests at a party in the clubhouse (in which case the directions on the gate pass will be for the clubhouse!). Allowing the residents to do some of the data entry saves time, frustration and costs on the part of the management.
