Email Distribution Program

Email notification is given as an additional feature from AMTEL. The reports generated by this system are on basis of the various products offered by AMTEL, they are:

• System Level Reports

• Access control system Reports

• Parking & Revenue Control system Reports

• Asset Monitoring Reports

• Time & Attendance Reports

• Lobby Visitor screening system Reports

• Guardhouse Visitor Screening system Reports

Requirement: Outlook Express Mail Client. Configuration of Proper Profile Name for sending report in email

This feature helps the administrators, employers or higher authority persons in the office building, factory, hospital, etc.

The email report notification has the facility to provide reports to the managers on their respective email, which is fed into the AMWATCH software during installation.

Reports are received regularly on the basis of daily, weekly and monthly periods.

The report notification are classified on the basis of:

• User Database: consists of search by card ID, first name, code, serial #, access level, etc.

• Auto update: consists of updating and adding the reports, deleting and panel error log reports.

• Error Report: consists of loop fault, program error, data error, card error, duplication error, panel not found and transmission error.

• System Parameter: This is found in Access control reports, it consists of facility code, holidays, time zones, relay parameters, access point, access level, timed activity, I/O program, global group, space control and system setup.

• History: This is available in the Parking control, it consists of revenue, activity and occupancy.

• Evacuation: This feature is found in Visitor screening system, consists of reports of the persons who are in the premises and not evacuated timely. This report can be exported to any format.
