AMWATCH Lobby Visitor Screening System meets Homeland Security Guidelines
Visitor
Screening Controls is high on the agenda for Homeland Security and
AMTEL offers a system that is simple, secure and accurate. At the
heart of the system is a desktop device that takes the picture of
the visitor and the ID card in one operation. The Host can send the name(s) of expected visitors by voice-mail, e-mail or direct entry.
Within seconds after approval, the system can print a temporary
photo-ID badge that is worn by the visitor while on the premises.
The badge can also be accompanied by a temporary “Access Card” with
limited privileges. If the visitor is in the “History” file, there
is no need to take a
new
picture and the system can issue the photo-ID badge from memory.
Upon exit, the receptionist scans the bar code on the badge to sign
out the visitor.
System produces various reports, including an “Evacuation” report that shows all visitors still on the property, along with a photo of the visitor, his ID and the name of the host who is supposed to be with the visitor.
This
system is also available in a “Virtual” mode where all control is
provided by a remote guard or a remote guard-service. It is also
possible to operate multiple reception stations sharing the same
database over the web.
AMTEL is a privately held company based in Miami, Florida and offers a complete range of security systems that work with each other to provide an integrated solution. We also offer a complete line of GPS/Wireless tracking systems for boats, fleets and trailers.
