Capacity Control Lot Full System

Each of the control towers (Entry Lane and Exit Lane) are capable of tracking all the vehicles passing through their lane. This data is passed on to the Capacity Control Program in the server PC which controls Lot Full systems.

Unlike most competitors, AMTEL offers four (4) different types of Lot Full Control, as follows:

•  Lot Full count for Monthly patrons only: Here the system tracks only the monthly cardholders and turns off entry for the cardholders if their capacity is used up.

• Lot Full count for Transient patrons only: This is the most common approach, where a certain capacity is reserved for transient patrons and the Lot Full sign is activated (and the ticket dispenser is de-activated) when this capacity reaches zero.

• Lot Full count for total garage or lot: Under this system, the total capacity of the lot/garage is monitored.

• Lot Full count for a "Specific" customer: Here, say a bank, has reserved 25 spaces for its employees. As soon as 25 of their employees enter the garage, the next employee will not be granted entry, regardless of whether space is available or not. This control of capacity by customer is a very important feature for maximizing revenues.

LOT FULL DISPLAY: The Lot Full Display is designed to be mounted on top of the Ticket Dispenser or any outdoor pole location and it flashes the appropriate message as indicated by the software.
