The Time and Attendance system shall produce reports that will be presented to the HR department for review and in-turn for export to the payroll processing system in the IT department of the WT.

System Operation: The Time & Attendance System consists of two Time and Attendance Units, each comprising a proximity reader with keypad and a Single door Access control Panel. These are placed at entrance and exit. These readers grant access and log the entry / exit time of the employees along with their function codes.
